This week my life was touch by:
A dear friend (who believes I will one day be rich and famous), recently sold her place here in Jackson. When she went to the bank after the sale, she asked for $100 bills. She wants to be "that person," the one who randomly passes out $100 bills. I was the recipient of a $100 bill.
Get out.
My daughter-from-another-mother. We visited last night for almost two hours. Her sweet voice touched my southern soul. At the end of our conversation she sent me a link to a book she'd recently read concerning teaching your children how to engage in meaningful, powerful, authentic prayer. She found it helpful for herself, as well as her three littles, my honorary grandchildren. Did I say I love her so? Well, I do.
Joshua, my work neighbor. We meet at the door and have church on Sunday as we open for the day. He will soon be leaving me, but what a difference life is with Joshua close by.
It's been a week or ten of living by faith, more than usual.
I'm good. Fine. Just fine. You are too, my friends.
