And this is how it's done almost anytime one needs to speak to customer service these days. 

Makes me nuts. 

Recently I was given four options: 

1.) Jazz 

2.) Classical 

3.) Country 

4.) Silence

Mind you I'm a music lover, all genres, but this day I simply wanted silence. 

I tapped the number four on my keypad. 

Jazz it is.
