Millennials

"How was your stay at such-and-such?"

 

"Well, it was certainly not  X. Millennials have no concept of customer service. But I now understand why, after speaking with guests relations. She formerly worked with X at another location. When she came to Jackson she was told to forget everything she had learned at X, as this is Jackson, everything is different here." 

 

"One of my mentors is a millennial. I chose her because of her Corps background, discipline, and attention to detail."

 

"Well, there you go, it shows. You certainly know customer service and actually accurately anticipate my next thought."

 

Anticipating thoughts and needs is what I do best. I raised a family. 

 

We can't please everyone all the time, but we can give it one heck of a try.
