Lessons learned this week:
Strong is the new awesome.
Never let someone get comfortable disrespecting you.
Arrogance isn't power...or intelligence.
The unworthy eliminate themselves.
The journey is as important as the destination.
Leaders should choose words wisely and speak respectfully. (Thank you dear friend. You are wise, seriously.)

Invalid generalizations are just that—invalid generalizations.
"Every discovery of what is false leads us to seek earnestly after what is true.”—John Keats
Be careful about ambushing noncombatants.
Pride always precedes the fall.
Document empirical evidence. Always.
It's about respect, be it religious, political, age, so forth. Respect others. It's not necessary to agree.
Dreams are free...as is kindness, integrity, and loyalty. And love.
A good haircut is priceless.
God is always faithful.
There is no substitute for fresh air and mountains.
A young colleague taught me this late one evening, she is funny:
Wǒ bù hàipà (I am not afraid). And this Wǒ bù hàipà nǐ (I am not afraid of you). I will learn to say this in several languages, with emphasis on I and you.
