Life Lessons

I laugh...this was when I developed tendinitis in my wrists and elbows while on crutches, non-weight bearing. What a nightmare. That crap hurts, especially when your putting all that big-butt weight on them. I’m definitely not quadrupedal, as IF we didn’t already know the obvious.

If it could be injected, I begged for injections.

Damn knee didn’t give me problems one time, but oh my goodness, my wrists and elbows were hell.

I wanted to cry.

I’m tough.

I only missed four working days, took off a total of seven days before returning to work, non-weight bearing. I scooted bins out one at a time, one hop at a time, push the bin, repeat. My colleagues would stop by before leaving for the day and put necks up for me, life savers, those ladies.

This pain chart needed a slight revision...either remove the cry #7 or move to #8. It’s a waste of energy and focus, crying, concerning physical pain. Crying is therapeutic occasionally, not in this case.

Looking back, I learned so much. I’m strong, resilient. Capable.
