Memories

My volunteer job was monitoring court ordered visits between non-custodial parents' and their children. Those who know me best know families, women starting over, and children are my passion. Animals, animals too. The young and those who can't speak for themselves, these beg our care, love, and support.

So this popped up on my memories today, brings back the sweetest memories. I watched families during the most difficult times in their lives, working together for the good of the children. Not always was the 'bad' guy the one who was court ordered to monitored visits. Unfortunately, money is powerful, I've seen a little bit of everything. At any rate parents kept moving forward.

Here ya go, from six years ago:

I love my volunteer days. I ALWAYS receive more than I give. Today I've learned, from the mom teaching the daughter:

Dreams are free

The world would be a different place without music

Live fearless (a challenge for me)

And last but not least, God is good

I am blessed to be able to do what I do.
