Lunch

 

Steamed spiralized zucchini, squash, and peppers. Tossed this into baked feta and grape tomatoes. Bit of pepper, salt, garlic (next time I will use fresh garlic, minced with the feta and tomatoes, while baking), mhmm, yum.

 

Fresh grated parmesan.

 

A pretty glass of Diet Coke, and I'm set.

 

Seven cups of veggies per day, good fat, smidge of protein.
