Definitely this is Texas Football.
"After all the hoopla over Nick Saban testing positive this positive test got overlooked but oh what a story and it comes out of Nacogdoches just down the road...Stephen F. Austin head coach Colby Carthel tested positive for Covid and had symptoms. So knowing he needs to pick an interim coach for the upcoming game against Alcorn State what did he do? He called home to his dad Don Carthel in Amarillo who was a legendary small college football coach. His dad was literally on his John Deere tractor because it is cotton harvest season in the Panhandle. He jumped off the tractor, left it running and told his wife to turn the tractor off because he had to get to Nac...He drove the 550 miles and was on the sideline as the interim head coach...and WON THE GAME. It was Dad's 125th win as a head coach. I can't help but think of my late buddy and Lumberjack alum Paul Dyer. He would have eaten that up. I mean that is pure d Texas football. Can't coach...call Dad and get him off the tractor. I love it!!!" — Wyatt Prejean
