Dear daughter:

Engine heater or remote start? The remote start is convenient. The engine heater will already have your engine warm enough it won’t take long to heat the car inside. But you do have to run an extension cord and plug it in. Something to think about.

 

Me:

Remote start if I was buying a car.

 

Dear daughter:

Your favorite son-in-law will be in touch concerning time, date, place.

 

Me:

Why?

 

Dear daughter:

Look. You’re old. Biblically I have the right to take care of this stuff.

 

I’m still laughing.

 

This ‘remote start’ is probably worth more than my car.

 

I love them so.
