Cure for Malaise

First set — I want to quit.

Second set — I want to puke.

Third set — my mind is completely clear of clutter, only thinking about taking the next breath, I feel free.

By the time I finish six sets, all is well with the world.

It's time to push my body and mind, yet again. Both mind and body are begging  to be active.

Maggie Rose is missing our hikes too, beautiful hikes. Maggie feels her oats, just as I do, when we are slap dab in the middle of mountains, breathing fresh, clean air. We both are frisky.

Something I've noticed in the Jackson area, generally speaking, most of the women have great legs. I attribute it to all the hiking and skiing. I asked my hiking buddy during Saturday's hike if he thinks there is any truth to my observations. Perhaps, he tells me.

At 5'3", on an assertive day, my legs are short. If there is any hope for beautiful legs for me, I am in the right location.
