Primordial Bond

Never forget guys, we are in this together. Come to the table with viable solutions. Each of us can and should make a positive difference in our communities. What are each of us doing to make life better for everyone in our cities and towns?

Battle of Gettysburg. 

Over 7000 killed.

Leif @realleifbabin is from the south. 

I am from the north. 

157 years ago, in the Civil War, we would likely have fought each other to the death based on where we were born. 

But The Union survived, and instead, 14 years ago, Leif and I fought together, on the same side, for America, and against tyranny. 

Like most Americans, Leif and I don’t agree on everything. 

But we do share the common fundamental beliefs that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

We fought for those ideals and would fight again if The Nation called. 

That belief in freedom is the primordial bond between Leif and me—and between every American. 

Do not forget the bond of that belief—it is precious and was secured by blood and sacrifice. 

UNITED WE STAND.
