Mental Health

We ventured out today, picked up a few essentials. After several weeks, we needed TP and guess what? Smith’s shelves, while not fully stocked, are looking better, not as empty, on the paper goods aisle. Afterwards, we took a little walk, slight elevation, nothing fancy, and it felt amazing, couple easy miles. People all along the way, obeyed social distancing guidelines. Wyoming knows the key to staying sane—move yo butt. Move it they do. I LOVE this place.

With all the love I feel for my environment, it’s still not easy getting out sometimes. I’d rather hide undercover. The number one rule: DON’T take your bra off, a flip is switched, the oh-heck-no-I’m-not-going-outside-like-this switch, and I’m sure not doing HIIT without reinforcement. Now you are burdened with convincing yourself the harness is worth the trouble. Silly but true. An excuse, a lousy excuse at that.

Mental health—how are you dealing my friends? Evaluate each day, your feelings. Don’t let melancholy rock on, okay?

We’re all in this together.

I read a book years ago, top ten something-or-other. One was tell people you love them. Why do we wait until death, or someone moves, whatever the situation, to say I love you, or WISH we had said I love you, or you make a difference simply with your presence?

I love with every cell in my body, and I tell people this often. I’m a believer in the power of love.

Love never fails.
