Do It

I'm whiny, Maggie Rose isn't impressed. The older I get the more I need a workout partner(s). I never needed this in the early years. 🙄 

 

In order to keep my knee loose and progressing, and to prevent injury, well, use it or lose it. 

 

Four words for all my friends: core, quads, glutes and hammies. These are SO important for overall health and strength.

 

Stay out of the rocker, old folks.
