Learning Curve

One of my first days in the Wild West, puppy and I ventured out, driving to Wilson. Wilson is five miles or so, west of Jackson. Such a beautiful little town, population 200.  I decided to drive out to Elk Refuge, afterwards, since it was snowing, and see what was shakin'. Elk and Big Horn Sheep were roaming about. Beautiful creatures. They walk right up to the cars and lick the salt off. I've included a picture of a big horn so close - all you can see are his horns and my mirror! 😳

Rumor has it, you want to stay in the middle of the road, when it's snowing heavy. Honda Accords don't take too well, to even a teeny bit of snow. Maybe I got stuck today. I might have lucked out, when a man and his son, from South Dakota (are you kidding me?), happened along with straps and chains. Don't tell anyone, it's our secret.

Coming from Texas, a learning curve is to be expected in Wyoming.
