I Like to Lunge

Today I’m grateful I was able to do simple lunges for the first time in a long time. 

 

What’s the best piece of equipment to improve balance, I ask. Close your eyes, she answers. 

 

There was a time I found balance by closing my eyes. Now, not so much. I’ll be working, a lot, on balance with eyes wide shut. 

 

How fast we lose conditioning, blows me away.

 

I’ve a lot of work to do. 

 

Goals. 

 

There’s always a challenge. 

 

We can always improve.
