Poke

A couple weeks ago I was taught about poke. I'd never heard of this, eating poke. I'd only heard of Poke Man. Oh my life...

Yesterday I was gifted poke, no joke. Those who blessed me had no idea I was recently educated, concerning this dish.

I tell ya what, I'm now spoiled, it doesn't take much.

I like sushi, but seldom need or want all the rice.

Poke cuts to the chase:

Poke is diced raw fish served either as an appetizer or as a main course and is one of the main dishes of Native Hawaiian cuisine.

Potion sizes definitely serve as a main course. I experienced superb cuisine ambrosia. Move over sushi.

Yes, my dish of poke was just as described to me by a dear friend.

(Thank you, sweet girl, for teaching me each time we have the pleasure of visiting.)

And to my newest friends, thank you for my delicious treat.

Let's make a Poke Bar!

Endlessly grateful.
