Please Come Home

Maggie Rose Update:

There were three possible sightings of Maggie today. One on Broadway, with people making sure she wasn’t hit crossing the street, but no one was able to grab her. The other two sightings were also around the east side of town. All sightings were late, with Broadway being around 5:45. The others were later.

At the suggestion of a law enforcement friend in Texas, I hired a drone operator. The drone search pretty much ruled out certain areas. Other areas were a little more tricky. Unfortunately, the operator was unable to locate my girl.

Boy Scouts are on the mountain tonight, and eager to watch for her. The Scout leaders are incredible and encouraging. The boys are excited to search for her.

I know she’s ready to come home, eat, drink, snuggle with mama and get some rest. She’s been protected so far. I ask for your continued prayers so we can get her home safely.

If you see her, snatch her tushy up, tackle her, whatever it takes to stop her rambling ways.

I hope to pull into my driveway tomorrow, with her sitting on my lap.

Grateful always,

D
