Or heck, cough up both lungs.
It doesn't happen as much in the Wild West as it did in Texas. (Recently I viewed a clip of a helicopter stirring up pollen in Georgia. Texas, especially the Brazos Valley, is the same way - green clouds of pollen, cars, pets and homes covered in the promise of spring.) But it does happen in the West. The last week has been one of coughing, blowing, steroids and antibiotics. Missing work is painful, don't work don't get paid. It's life in big girl britches.
My intercostal regions are sore. Little bastards. I thought about using the term 'nether regions' but decided against it.
neth-er re-gions
noun
1. the lowest or furthest parts of a place, especially with allusion to hell or the underworld
2. used euphemistically to refer to a person's genitals and buttocks
No euphemisms here. It's not my buttocks giving me hell, it's the allusion or not, of hacking up lungs, which have proven to be hellish.
Tomorrow is a new day, fresh air, no lung bits flinging about. Please.
Y'all stay healthy.

Sorry you don't feel well. But that was funny

Glad I could amuse you! Getting better each day. Tiny little muscles raise nine kinds of hell when under constant pressure.
